On the reaction day the stock moved 3.2 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 4.6 pts more than its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board approved FynX Capital's unaudited September 2026 quarter and half-year results and a rights issue of up to Rs 80 crore at 4-for-1. Half-year revenue rose to Rs 9.63 crore from Rs 1.43 crore, but net loss widened to Rs 3.98 crore. Cash used in operations was negative. Borrowings stood at Rs 51 crore versus equity of Rs 11.95 crore. Price and record date are pending. Earlier earnings per share figures were restated for the stock split.
Rights issue may aid growth, but shareholders who skip it may be diluted. Losses, cash outflow from operations and high debt could pressure the stock.
