Half-year standalone income fell to Rs 962.77 lakh from Rs 1,093.43 lakh, and the net loss widened to Rs 398.32 lakh from Rs 123.41 lakh. The quarterly loss was Rs 200.03 lakh, with negative operating cash flow. Borrowings rose to Rs 5,100 lakh from Rs 2,150 lakh. The board approved plans for a rights issue of up to Rs 80 crore at 4:1. The reviewer found no material problem.
The rights issue may reduce borrowing pressure, but shareholders who do not subscribe face dilution. Continued losses and negative cash flow add risk.
