GG Automotive Gears reported strong full-year FY25 results with total revenue rising to ₹11,477 lakhs from ₹9,572 lakhs in FY24, a growth of about 20%. Profit after tax jumped nearly 75% to ₹775 lakhs from ₹443 lakhs, while EPS improved to ₹8.54 from ₹5.32. EBITDA margin expanded to roughly 13.2% from about 10.7% the previous year, reflecting improved operating efficiency. Operating cash flow remained healthy at ₹1,410 lakhs (vs ₹1,192 lakhs in FY24). However, Q4 standalone numbers were slightly softer on a sequential comparison, with PAT at ₹216 lakhs versus ₹261 lakhs in Q4 FY24. The company also issued fresh equity shares during the year by converting warrants, raising paid-up capital to ₹950 lakhs.
Strong annual revenue and profit growth, along with expanding margins and healthy cash generation, are positive signals for shareholders. The equity dilution from warrant conversion is already reflected in the share count.
