G.G. Dandekar Properties reported a standalone net loss of Rs 33.79 lakh for Q1 FY27 (quarter ended 30 June 2026), against a net profit of Rs 383.20 lakh in Q1 FY26 which included an exceptional gain of Rs 394.94 lakh. Revenue from operations fell about 22 percent to Rs 83.12 lakh from Rs 106.49 lakh. Total expenses of Rs 126 lakh (including Rs 62.49 lakh depreciation) exceeded total income of Rs 94.66 lakh, causing an operational loss of Rs 31.34 lakh. Standalone EPS was negative at Rs 0.71. Consolidated EPS was Rs 0.78 after including Rs 8.16 lakh share of associate profit. Total debt is Rs 372.30 lakh with no defaults.
Operational losses and falling leasing revenue are negative; lack of exceptional gains this quarter makes the year-on-year comparison appear worse.
