G. G. Dandekar Properties Ltd reported Q2 FY26 standalone revenue from operations of Rs 82.78 lakhs, with H1 FY26 revenue at Rs 189.27 lakhs versus Rs 160.22 lakhs in H1 FY25, an 18% rise. The company operates a single segment — leasing of immovable properties. A major one-time gain of Rs 394.94 lakhs (exceptional item) was booked in Q1 FY26 from the sale of a 3,601 sq. mtr. freehold land parcel in Bhiwandi for Rs 401 lakhs. Standalone EPS swung to Rs 7.53 in H1 FY26 from a loss of Rs 1.64 in H1 FY25, and consolidated EPS rose to Rs 8.21 supported by the associate Navasasyam Dandekar Pvt Ltd. Total financial indebtedness stood at about Rs 3.95 crore with no defaults, and the auditor (CNK JBMS & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report.
Core leasing business showed modest growth, but the sharp jump in bottom line is largely driven by an exceptional land sale gain rather than recurring operations, so headline PAT is not comparable to prior periods. Low debt and a clean auditor's review are positives; ongoing income tax disputes for AY 2011-12 and AY 2013-14 remain pending under the Vivaad se Vishwas scheme.
