G G Engineering Limited reported unaudited results for Q2 FY26 (quarter ended 30 Sept 2025) with revenue from operations of ₹4,233.06 lakhs versus ₹3,578.12 lakhs in Q2 FY25, an ~18% YoY rise. However, the company slipped into a loss with Profit After Tax of ₹(27.94) lakhs compared to a profit of ₹1,141.92 lakhs in the same quarter last year. For H1 FY26, revenue grew to ₹10,956.78 lakhs from ₹9,856.45 lakhs but PAT fell sharply to ₹176.46 lakhs from ₹923.88 lakhs. Basic EPS dropped to almost nil (₹0.00) from ₹0.07. The statutory auditor (A K Bhargav & Co.) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications. The company also disclosed forfeiture of 4,50,00,000 warrants (balance 75% exercise price not received by 14 June 2025) and a presentation reclassification for share/securities transactions on a net basis.
Sharp QoQ profit decline and a return to loss in Q2 despite revenue growth signals margin pressure and higher costs, which is negative for shareholders in the near term. Forfeiture of warrants removes potential dilution overhang but also indicates weaker investor confidence; the clean auditor report is a mild positive.
