G.K.P. Printing & Packaging Ltd reported a sharp slowdown in Q3 FY26 (Oct-Dec 2025). Revenue from operations fell to ₹709.83 lakhs, down about 16% from ₹847.00 lakhs in the same quarter last year, and also down roughly 8% sequentially from ₹772.94 lakhs in Q2 FY26. For the first nine months of FY26, revenue was ₹2,104.24 lakhs versus ₹2,293.58 lakhs in 9M FY25, an 8% decline. Profit before tax for the quarter dropped to ₹10.80 lakhs from ₹22.43 lakhs YoY, while net profit fell to ₹11.80 lakhs from ₹21.85 lakhs — a nearly 46% YoY decline. 9M FY26 PAT was ₹47.54 lakhs vs ₹61.37 lakhs earlier. The statutory auditor (Keyur Shah & Associates) issued an unmodified (clean) limited review report. The board also appointed Mr. Naresh A. Bhuva as Non-Executive Independent Director for 5 years. No investor complaints were pending.
Weak quarter with revenue shrinking and profits nearly halving year-on-year, which is negative for the stock. However, the clean audit opinion and absence of any going-concern flags provide some comfort. Shareholders should watch for improvement in the final quarter to stabilise full-year earnings.
