G M Polyplast's board approved audited results for FY ended March 31, 2025. Revenue from operations rose to Rs 96.16 crore from Rs 92.20 crore (up ~4.3%), and net profit increased to Rs 7.44 crore from Rs 7.09 crore (up ~5.1%). EPS stood at Rs 5.53 versus Rs 5.27 in the previous year. The statutory auditor (Ajmera & Ajmera) issued an unmodified (clean) opinion with no qualifications. A notable concern is that net cash from operating activities turned negative at -Rs 2.67 crore in FY25, compared to a positive Rs 4.87 crore in FY24, mainly due to adverse working capital changes. The board also approved the reappointment of two directors and appointed new internal auditor (M/s. D D & Associates) and secretarial auditor (M/s. Pranay D. Vaidya & Co.) after noting non-availability of the previous internal auditor.
Modest revenue and profit growth is a positive, but the swing to negative operating cash flow signals pressure on working capital and may concern investors. Auditor changes and director reappointments are routine governance items and unlikely to move the stock on their own.
