G.S. Auto International, an auto components maker based in Ludhiana, reported revenue from operations of Rs. 3,968.82 lakhs for Q3 FY26, up about 12% from Rs. 3,541.33 lakhs in the same quarter last year. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue rose modestly to Rs. 10,849.88 lakhs versus Rs. 10,686.44 lakhs a year ago, a growth of roughly 1.5%. Net profit, however, jumped sharply to Rs. 73.50 lakhs in Q3 (from Rs. 49.20 lakhs) and to Rs. 201.00 lakhs for nine months (from Rs. 134.60 lakhs), translating to about 49% growth in both periods. Basic EPS improved to Rs. 1.98 for nine months against Rs. 0.93 earlier. The statutory auditor (Sukhminder Singh & Co.) issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications.
Profitability has expanded meaningfully despite flat nine-month revenue, suggesting better cost control or margin improvement, which is positive for shareholders. Separately, the resignation of an Independent Director and the Company Secretary, with the Executive Director temporarily taking on compliance duties, is a governance change worth monitoring but does not affect the financials.
