G.S. Auto International reported Q1 FY27 (quarter ended 30 June 2026) revenue from operations at Rs 3,547.39 lakhs, down about 5.7 percent YoY from Rs 3,763.17 lakhs. Net profit, however, surged to Rs 127.17 lakhs from Rs 60.87 lakhs, roughly doubling. EPS stood at Rs 0.45 versus Rs 0.24. Company also allotted rights issue shares in 1:2 ratio on 1 June 2026, increasing paid-up capital and diluting shares.
Strong profit growth and margin expansion despite revenue dip is positive. Rights issue led to equity dilution, so per-share earnings may stay capped.
