Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
GACM Technologies allotted 49.5 crore equity shares via Qualified Institutions Placement at Rs 1 per share (face value) to 4 institutional investors, raising Rs 49.5 crore. Allottees include Minerva Ventures Fund (9.08 percent), Magnifica Global Opportunities (8.76 percent), AL Maha Investment Fund (6.57 percent), and Ebisu Global Opportunities (6.57 percent). Paid-up equity capital rose from Rs 110.27 crore to Rs 159.77 crore, about a 45 percent increase.
Existing shareholders face roughly 31 percent dilution. Pricing at face value is unusual for a QIP and may point to weak demand.
