Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
EBISU Global Opportunities Fund Ltd acquired 105 million GACM shares through a qualified institutional placement on 14 August 2026, representing 6.572% after the issue. GACM's equity base rose from 1,102,742,236 to 1,597,742,236 shares.
EBISU now holds more than 5% but less than 10% of GACM. The 495 million-share issue can dilute existing holders.
