GACM Technologies has completed a QIP of Rs 49.50 crores by allotting 49.50 crore equity shares at Rs 1 per share (issue price equals face value, no premium). Key allottees are Mauritius-based FPI funds: Minerva Ventures Fund (14.50 cr shares, 9.08% of QIP), Magnifica Global Opportunities High Conviction Fund (14 cr, 8.76%), AL Maha Investment Fund (10.50 cr, 6.57%) and Ebisu Global Opportunities Fund (10.50 cr, 6.57%). Proceeds will be used for strategic initiatives and business expansion per stated objects of the issue.
Significant dilution risk as 49.50 cr new shares issued at face value with no premium raised. Fresh capital for growth but existing shareholders' stake reduced substantially.
