Gagan Gases posted Q1 FY27 revenue of Rs 53.08 lakhs, down from Rs 85.89 lakhs in Q1 FY26, a drop of about 38 percent. Total expenses fell sharply to Rs 49.21 lakhs from Rs 92.74 lakhs. The company swung to a profit of Rs 3.93 lakhs (EPS Rs 0.09) from a loss of Rs 6.85 lakhs (EPS minus Rs 0.15) a year ago. FY26 full year revenue was Rs 602.62 lakhs with PAT of Rs 13.97 lakhs. Other equity remains negative at Rs minus 106.72 lakhs. Auditors gave a clean limited review.
Profit turnaround is positive, but falling revenue and negative reserves remain concerns for investors.
