Galactico Corporate Services Limited (BSE: 542802) announced audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 FY25 and full year ended March 31, 2025, approved at a board meeting on May 27, 2025. Statutory auditor M/s S. H. Dama & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both the standalone and consolidated statements. On a consolidated basis, profit before tax rose to Rs 318.13 lakhs in FY25 from Rs 192.29 lakhs in FY24, a jump of around 65%, while total income from operations grew roughly 22% to about Rs 7,295 lakhs. On a standalone basis, total income for the year rose to Rs 4,236 lakhs from Rs 3,647 lakhs (about 16% growth), and Q4 standalone profit before tax surged to Rs 177.88 lakhs from Rs 35.98 lakhs. The board also re-appointed M/s Akshay R. Birla & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY25 and appointed M/s BKSK & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY26.
A clean audit opinion combined with sharply higher consolidated profits is a positive signal for shareholders and likely supportive of the stock. However, the standalone cash and bank balance fell sharply from Rs 82.27 lakhs to just Rs 6.17 lakhs, which investors should monitor as it suggests cash was deployed elsewhere during the year.
