Galactico Corporate Services, a SEBI-registered Category I Merchant Banker, posted consolidated revenue from operations of ₹537.41 lakhs for Q2 FY26 (vs ₹540.08 lakhs in Q2 FY25) and ₹1,180.57 lakhs for H1 FY26 (vs ₹1,144.52 lakhs in H1 FY25), a modest 3% YoY rise. Consolidated profit after tax jumped to ₹252.33 lakhs in H1 FY26 from ₹132.24 lakhs in H1 FY25, nearly doubling. The company operates four consolidated segments — Packaged Drinking Water (largest, ₹325.38 lakhs in Q2), Pest Control Services (₹149.65 lakhs), Investment Banking (₹62.37 lakhs), and Financial Services (nil this quarter). EBITDA margin expanded to about 34% of revenue. Operating cash flow turned strongly positive at ₹722.98 lakhs vs ₹192.29 lakhs a year earlier. The auditor (S.H. Dama & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications.
Strong earnings growth and improved cash generation are positive for shareholders, though the standalone merchant banking parent saw a steep revenue drop, indicating growth is being driven by subsidiaries. Watch for sustainability of margin expansion.
