Galaxy Bearings' Board approved audited standalone results for Q4 and FY25. Revenue from operations fell ~18% to ₹10,421.86 lakhs (from ₹12,711.60 lakhs in FY24). Profit after tax dropped ~27% to ₹1,371.15 lakhs (from ₹1,884.42 lakhs), and EPS declined to ₹43.12 from ₹59.26. Q4 revenue was ₹2,995.15 lakhs vs ₹3,896.82 lakhs in Q4FY24, with Q4 PAT at ₹413.71 lakhs vs ₹611.63 lakhs. Operating cash flow turned sharply negative at ₹(190.85) lakhs vs ₹526.73 lakhs last year, and short-term borrowings nearly doubled to ₹2,909.04 lakhs. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion but included an Emphasis of Matter regarding the company's listing on the US OFAC SDN sanctions list (October 2024) over alleged Russia-linked dual-use equipment sales, which has restricted the company's access to USD and EURO markets. The Board also appointed new Secretarial, Cost, and Internal Auditors.
Despite remaining profitable, shareholders face notable headwinds: a steep revenue and profit decline, negative operating cash flow, rising borrowings, and unresolved US sanctions that could continue to disrupt international business. The stock may remain under pressure until the OFAC issue is resolved.
