Galaxy Surfactants reported Q4FY26 revenue of Rs 1,315 crore, up 14.1% YoY, but EBITDA fell 9.5% to Rs 121.9 crore with margins compressing to 9.3% from 11.7% a year ago. PAT dropped 17.7% to Rs 62.4 crore, partly impacted by Rs 11.9 crore charge from new labour codes. For full year FY26, revenue grew 24% to Rs 5,270.4 crore, but EBITDA declined 2.5% and PAT fell 12.3%. India showed resilient high single-digit volume growth, while AMET region saw mid-teens decline due to logistics disruptions from the West Asia conflict. Specialty Care products posted strong growth, offsetting weakness in Performance Surfactants. Americas showed sequential improvement after tariff reversals.
Revenue growth of 24% for FY26 is strong, but margin compression and PAT decline indicate profitability headwinds from geopolitical disruptions and input cost pressures. The stock may face near-term pressure unless margins recover.
