Board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated results for Q2 and H1 FY27 ended Sept 30, 2026. Revenue grew around 13% YoY to Rs 1,145.9 cr in Q2 and about 7% to Rs 2,291.6 cr in H1. PAT fell around 31% YoY to Rs 60.5 cr in Q2 and 29% to Rs 184.2 cr in H1 due to sharply higher raw material and purchase costs. PBT declined around 19% in Q2.
Earnings decline despite revenue growth signals cost pressure and margin compression. New auditor reviewed H1, indicating a mid-year change from Q1.
