Gallantt Ispat Q2 FY27 consolidated revenue grew about 13 percent YoY to Rs 1,145.89 crore, but PAT fell to Rs 60.51 crore from Rs 87.23 crore. For H1, revenue rose to Rs 2,291.56 crore while PAT dropped to Rs 184.18 crore from Rs 261.03 crore. EBITDA margins compressed sharply both quarter and half year. New auditor Singhi and Co reviewed these Q2 results while a predecessor auditor had reviewed Q1 FY27.
Revenue growth is positive, but sharp profit fall and margin compression may worry investors. Mid-year auditor change adds a layer of uncertainty.
