Gandhar Oil declared an interim dividend of Rs 0.75 per share (37.5 percent of face value Rs 2). Record date is January 30, 2026. Q3 FY26 standalone net profit surged to Rs 35.80 crore from Rs 17.51 crore YoY, on revenue of Rs 922.60 crore versus Rs 856.97 crore. Consolidated net profit stood at Rs 34.33 crore on revenue of Rs 1,167.06 crore. Board also approved buying about 454 decimals of land adjoining its factory for expansion and selling a Mohali property for at least Rs 1.60 crore.
Strong Q3 earnings and dividend show healthy cash flows. Land purchase supports long-term expansion; Mohali sale frees up idle assets.
