Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Standalone Q2 FY26 revenue grew to Rs 8,072.66M from Rs 7,612.48M. PAT surged to Rs 322.20M from Rs 182.78M, up about 76%. Consolidated revenue was Rs 10,599.13M and PAT Rs 397.75M (up about 119% YoY). H1 consolidated PAT up nearly 30%. Board also approved discontinuing amalgamation scheme and voluntary liquidation of wholly owned subsidiary Gandhar Shipping & Logistics, which contributed NIL turnover last year.
Strong profit growth on margin expansion. Subsidiary liquidation is immaterial to consolidated financials.
