Gandhi Special Tubes posted Q2 FY26 revenue of Rs 4,801.38 lakhs, down 1.2 percent YoY. For H1, revenue rose 7.5 percent to Rs 9,611.98 lakhs and PAT grew 24.5 percent to Rs 3,929.98 lakhs. H1 EPS climbed to Rs 32.34 from Rs 25.98. The profit jump largely reflects fair value investment gains of Rs 898.88 lakhs versus Rs 611.18 lakhs a year ago. Auditor S V Doshi gave an unqualified limited review.
Core operations muted; PAT growth driven by investment valuation gains. Watch sustainability.
