Ganesh Housing posted Q3 and 9M FY26 results today. Standalone 9M revenue was about Rs 637.5 crore versus Rs 676.3 crore last year, down around 6 percent. Standalone PAT turned around to roughly Rs 119 crore from a loss of Rs 9.4 crore in 9M FY25. Consolidated 9M PAT grew around 58 percent to about Rs 255 crore from Rs 161 crore. Auditor J M Parikh and Associates gave an unmodified review report.
Sharp standalone and consolidated PAT recovery is positive for shareholders, though a mild standalone revenue dip is worth watching.
