Ganesha Ecosphere has issued a corrigendum to its audited FY25 results to fix a typographical error in the Diluted EPS figures. For Standalone, the Q4 FY25 Diluted EPS should read Rs. 5.16 (not 5.79) and the full-year FY25 Diluted EPS should be Rs. 29.15 (not 29.78). For Consolidated, Q4 FY25 Diluted EPS should be Rs. 8.53 (not 9.38) and FY25 Diluted EPS should be Rs. 39.89 (not 40.74). The company clarified that no other audited figures have changed. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations grew strongly to Rs. 1,465.54 crore (vs Rs. 1,122.93 crore in FY24), while net profit jumped to Rs. 103.12 crore (vs Rs. 40.57 crore in FY24). The Board has also recommended a final dividend and the auditors (Narendra Singhania & Co.) issued an unmodified opinion.
The correction is purely a typographical fix in Diluted EPS and does not affect profitability, revenue, or the overall health of the business. The actual FY25 numbers remain intact and the consolidated business shows robust growth in both revenue and profit, which is a positive signal for shareholders.
