For Q2 FY26, consolidated revenue dipped to Rs 363.38 crore from Rs 386.81 crore year ago, and consolidated profit after tax turned into a loss of Rs 49.99 lakh versus a profit of Rs 27.11 crore. Standalone revenue held nearly flat at Rs 259.35 crore, but standalone PAT fell to Rs 7.82 crore from Rs 20.25 crore. Standalone basic EPS came in at Rs 2.94. The board also declared a Rs 3 per share final dividend for FY25 and allotted 13.39 lakh shares to promoters at Rs 1,035 each in July.
Weak Q2 with consolidated PAT turning to a loss and sharp standalone earnings drop may weigh on sentiment, though promoter equity infusion signals confidence.
