Ganga Papers India Ltd submitted its audited financial results for Q4 FY25 and the full year ended 31 March 2025 with an unmodified auditor opinion from M/s Ram K Raj & Associates. For the full year, revenue from operations rose about 9% to Rs 26,769.13 lakh versus Rs 24,549.87 lakh in FY24, while profit after tax grew roughly 5% to Rs 155.27 lakh from Rs 147.78 lakh, taking basic EPS to Rs 1.44 (vs Rs 1.37). In Q4 alone, revenue dipped to Rs 6,417.03 lakh from Rs 7,047.18 lakh, but PAT more than doubled to Rs 61.46 lakh from Rs 28.48 lakh on better cost control. The company reported positive operating cash flow of Rs 1,009.41 lakh, though heavy capex of Rs 675.57 lakh kept net cash slightly negative. Total debt fell modestly to about Rs 3,548 lakh against equity of Rs 3,066 lakh.
Steady full-year revenue growth, an improved bottom line, and an unmodified audit opinion are mildly positive signals for shareholders. However, the Q4 revenue dip, compressed margins, and high leverage around 1.16x remain areas to watch.
