Ganges Securities filed Q3 FY26 results for Dec 31, 2025. Standalone PAT was nearly flat at Rs 101.60 lakhs versus Rs 106.27 lakhs YoY. Consolidated PAT fell about 28 percent to Rs 157.60 lakhs from Rs 219.80 lakhs, and 9M consolidated PAT dropped to Rs 575.30 lakhs from Rs 882.75 lakhs restated. Prior period figures were restated to include a Rs 210.86 lakhs exceptional item linked to a fraud at subsidiary Cinnatolliah Tea by a former CFO. Revenue from operations also declined on a consolidated basis.
Consolidated earnings weakened sharply on subsidiary-level issues and a restated fraud charge. Mark-to-market losses kept total comprehensive income negative.
