Garware Hi-Tech Films reported audited FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 2,120 Cr, up marginally by 0.5% from Rs 2,109 Cr in FY25. Consolidated PAT grew 2.1% to Rs 338 Cr from Rs 331 Cr. The company recommended a dividend of Rs 12 per share (120%). Q4 FY26 showed stronger performance with 39.1% YoY PAT growth and 8.9% revenue growth. EBITDA margin expanded marginally to 23.6% from 23.5%. The Board also approved a Rs 191 Cr investment in a new Sun Control Film lamination line at Waluj. Auditors issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated results.
The results show stable but modest growth with strong Q4 performance offsetting slower first three quarters. The new capital investment signals expansion plans but will increase future capital expenditure. Clean audit opinions and dividend continuity are positives for investors.
