Garware Technical Fibres has fixed Tuesday, 26 August 2025 as the record date to identify shareholders eligible for the dividend. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from 27 August to 2 September 2025 (both days inclusive) for the 48th Annual General Meeting. The Board has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.5 per share (15%) on 9,92,65,845 equity shares of Rs. 10 each for FY 2024-25, pending shareholder approval at the AGM on 2 September 2025. If approved, the dividend will be paid on or after 2 September 2025 to eligible shareholders.
