Gateway Distriparks reported Q4 FY26 results with total revenue of Rs. 533.7 crore (flat vs Q4 FY25) and PAT of Rs. 63.7 crore (down 6.07%). For the full year FY26, revenue grew 31.61% to Rs. 2,211.8 crore, PAT grew 7.27% to Rs. 259.4 crore, and EBITDA grew 19.31% to Rs. 497.5 crore. Total throughput for FY26 was 7,64,065 TEUs, up 5.43% YoY. The strong full-year revenue growth is partly due to Snowman Logistics becoming a subsidiary from December 2024, consolidating Rs. 598.9 crore in revenue. Q4 performance was impacted by the West Asia (Middle East) conflict causing subdued trade volumes, with the Chairman noting customers lack clarity on when the conflict will end.
Revenue growth of 31.61% YTD exceeds the 20% threshold, driven largely by Snowman consolidation. EBITDA margin compressed from 24.81% to 22.47% YTD, indicating higher costs from the new subsidiary. The Q4 slowdown due to geopolitical factors raises near-term concerns, though management remains optimistic about medium-term growth from new trade deals and domestic expansion.
