GE Vernova T&D India announced its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) unaudited results, approved at a board meeting on July 29, 2025. Revenue from operations jumped to Rs. 1,330.1 crore, up about 39% from Rs. 958.3 crore in the same quarter last year and about 15% higher sequentially. Net profit more than doubled to Rs. 291.2 crore from Rs. 134.5 crore year-on-year, translating to an EPS of Rs. 11.30 versus Rs. 5.25 earlier. Profit before tax stood at Rs. 390 crore, with the PBT margin expanding sharply to roughly 29% from about 19% a year ago, indicating strong operating leverage. Statutory auditor Deloitte Haskins & Sells issued an unqualified limited review report, and the board meeting concluded in about 34 minutes.
Strong topline growth and a more than doubling of profit signal robust order execution and improving profitability, which is positive for shareholders. The clean auditor report and absence of any adverse remarks should support investor confidence, though the Rs. 171.4 crore mark-to-market loss on cash-flow hedges booked in other comprehensive income is a watch-item for future periods.
