Gem Aromatics Limited reported audited consolidated results for FY26 with revenue declining to Rs 3,664.73 million from Rs 5,039.53 million in FY25, a drop of about 27%. Consolidated PAT fell sharply to Rs 14.25 million from Rs 533.84 million. Standalone PAT was Rs 267.09 million vs Rs 568.54 million. The company listed on NSE and BSE in August 2025 via an IPO raising Rs 1,628.63 million (net), which was fully deployed for debt prepayment and general corporate purposes. Executive directors voluntarily waived their remuneration for FY26 citing the challenging business environment. Auditors issued an unmodified opinion. The company also appointed two new directors and a cost auditor.
The significant revenue and profit decline in FY26, particularly on a consolidated basis, is a major concern for investors. Despite the IPO proceeds, the company's profitability has deteriorated sharply, which could negatively impact the stock in the near term.
