Q1 FY27 standalone revenue rose 9% year on year to Rs 83 crore, with profit up 11% at Rs 7.3 crore. Consolidated revenue rose 13% to Rs 98.9 crore, but the company posted a Rs 7.9 crore loss against Rs 8 crore profit last year. EBITDA margin fell to 3.3% from 16.9%, hurt by product mix, higher input and facility costs, and Rs 9.1 crore depreciation after Dahej project capitalisation. Management expects gradual margin improvement. Initial cooling-agent orders were secured, with sales expected from Q3 FY27, and a Brazil subsidiary was approved.
Sales growth and product orders help, but margin compression and the consolidated loss may weigh on sentiment until capacity use improves.
