Revenue from operations rose 31% to Rs 1,149 crore in Q2 FY26 and 27% to Rs 2,123 crore in H1. Consolidated profit after tax rose 72% to Rs 143 crore and 116% to Rs 280 crore. Executable orders were Rs 28,758 crore, including Rs 26,473 crore from the metering joint venture. Cash used in operations was negative. Auditors highlighted the December 2024 Enforcement Directorate search but reported no material problem.
Strong profit growth and a large order book are positives, but cash used in operations and the regulatory search remain stock risks.
