Geojit Financial Services reported Q2 FY27 operating revenue of ₹165.82 crore, up 2.55% YoY, while EBITDA fell 15.40% to ₹36.70 crore and PAT declined 30.66% to ₹16.28 crore. H1 revenue rose 6.72% to ₹326.22 crore, but PAT fell 30.74% to ₹36.11 crore. Customer assets were broadly stable at ₹1.12 lakh crore, while asset-management annual recurring revenue net flows jumped 353% to ₹322 crore. Higher IT and field-force costs compressed margins.
Shareholders face near-term earnings pressure as costs rise, despite stronger revenue and asset inflows; margin recovery will be key.
