The board approved unaudited Q2 and half-year results. Standalone Q2 revenue rose 63.3% year on year to Rs 300.08 crore, while profit after tax rose 63.8% to Rs 18.38 crore. Half-year revenue and profit were Rs 518.68 crore and Rs 29.64 crore. Operating cash outflow widened to Rs 244.37 crore from Rs 152.52 crore. Salim Yahoo became chief financial officer, and independent director Ravi Kumar Seth resigned.
Strong profit growth may help the stock, but the large operating cash outflow and higher short-term borrowings raise liquidity risk.
