The Board of GHV Infra Projects approved its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q3 FY26 (quarter ended Dec 31, 2025) and the nine-month period. Standalone revenue from operations surged to ₹12,770.72 lakhs in Q3 FY26 from just ₹1,845.76 lakhs in Q3 FY25, while nine-month revenue jumped to ₹39,193.32 lakhs versus ₹1,950.76 lakhs a year ago. Standalone net profit for the quarter stood at ₹647.63 lakhs (vs ₹295.62 lakhs), with nine-month PAT at ₹2,241.67 lakhs (vs ₹316.42 lakhs). On a consolidated basis, Q3 PAT was ₹1,455.07 lakhs and nine-month PAT was ₹3,049.11 lakhs. The company also approved a Postal Ballot notice seeking shareholder approval for material related party transactions, issued bonus shares, subdivided its equity shares (face value ₹5), and incorporated a UAE subsidiary and a joint venture during the period.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth signals a major scale-up in operations compared to the previous year, though the sharp jump in finance costs (₹944.65 lakhs in Q3 vs ₹24.38 lakhs earlier) and the pending related-party transaction approval are points shareholders should watch closely.
