Board approved Q2 FY26 results on Nov 13, 2025. Standalone net profit rose 37% YoY to Rs 49.95 crore from Rs 36.48 crore, total income at Rs 271.71 crore. But H1 net profit fell 24% to Rs 57.30 crore due to one-time ECL provisioning hit in Q1. Statutory auditor changed from Chandabhoy and Jassoobhoy to Gokhale and Sathe mid-year. Board also cleared NCD fund raising papers and senior management reshuffle.
Strong Q2 profit jump is positive but H1 decline and mid-year auditor switch warrant caution from investors.
