GSK Pharma reported standalone Q2 FY27 revenue of ₹1,180 crore, up 21%, and H1 revenue of ₹2,104 crore, up 18%. Q2 operating profit was ₹400 crore at a 34% margin; profit before exceptional items was ₹335 crore, and EPS was ₹19.76. Innovation products reached 7% of sales from 3% a year earlier. Oncology, adult vaccines and respiratory products drove growth, while currency depreciation and higher input costs pressured gross margin.
Positive: strong sales, profit growth and rising innovation exposure may support the stock, but currency and input-cost pressure may cap margin gains.
