Consolidated Q3 revenue rose 15% YoY to about Rs 39,006 million; 9M revenue up 31% to about Rs 1,32,119 million. Q3 consolidated profit after tax grew 16% to Rs 4,032 million. Standalone swung to a 9M loss of Rs 1,269 million (vs Rs 14,626 million profit last year) due to exceptional items of about Rs 16,108 million, including US antitrust settlements, inventory write-downs post GST 2.0, and Labour Code provisions. Auditors gave an unmodified review.
Mixed: solid consolidated growth offset by standalone loss from one-off legal and restructuring charges; exceptional items largely behind it, watch margins
