On the reaction day the stock moved 2.0 pts less than Nifty Midcap 150 and 1.8 pts less than its Pharmaceuticals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Glenmark's Q1 FY27 consolidated net sales rose to about Rs 39,317 crore from Rs 30,593 crore year on year. Consolidated profit after tax jumped to around Rs 4,828 crore from Rs 470 crore. Standalone profit after tax climbed to Rs 7,356 crore from Rs 3,302 crore, aided by a Rs 2,230 crore exceptional gain from transferring Nebulizer brands to a wholly owned subsidiary. The board fixed August 31, 2026 as the record date for the FY26 dividend, with the AGM scheduled for September 11, 2026 via video conferencing.
Strong Q1 earnings and confirmed dividend may support the stock; investors must hold shares by August 31 to be eligible for the dividend.
