The board approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, with the statutory auditor (Kailash Chand Jain & Co.) issuing an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. On a consolidated basis, total income jumped to Rs. 450.68 lakhs (vs Rs. 1.00 lakh in FY24), profit before tax swung to Rs. 158.86 lakhs (vs a loss of Rs. 19.92 lakhs), and profit after tax came in at Rs. 114.40 lakhs with EPS of Rs. 9.15. Standalone numbers also turned profitable at Rs. 11.30 lakhs PAT (vs loss of Rs. 19.90 lakhs). During the quarter the company raised Rs. 115.98 lakhs via a rights issue of 3,31,375 shares at Rs. 35 each, formed a new joint venture (Global Premier Limited), and carried capital work-in-progress of Rs. 14,939 lakhs, indicating heavy capex build-out. Cash and equivalents rose sharply to Rs. 8,956.17 lakhs (consolidated) from Rs. 22.72 lakhs, largely from share issuance and borrowings. The board also appointed Mr. Mukesh Ranga as Company Secretary and re-appointed M/s. ADV & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY26.
This is a turnaround story for shareholders – the company moved from losses to profits on both standalone and consolidated bases with a clean audit opinion, while raising fresh equity and building up significant project assets. Investors should note that operating revenue remains small (Rs. 16.07 lakhs consolidated for FY25) and the profitability is largely driven by other income and subsidiary contributions, so the real value depends on monetizing the large capital work-in-progress.
