Board approved a buyback of up to 14.75 lakh equity shares (about 2.9 percent of paid-up capital) at Rs 162 per share, for an aggregate size of up to around Rs 23.9 crore. Buyback will be through the tender offer route via the stock exchange, subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot from September 28 to October 27, 2026. Promoters will not participate.
