Global Health Limited (Medanta) reported consolidated revenue of ₹44,103 million for FY2026, up 19.4% from ₹36,923 million in FY2025. PAT grew 15.1% to ₹5,541 million from ₹4,813 million. The board recommended a final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share (25% payout on face value of ₹2). Auditors Walker Chandiok & Co LLP issued an unmodified audit opinion with no qualifications. Exceptional items of ₹10.21 million were recorded (net reversal of EPCG and stamp duty, partially offset by ₹365.98 million impact of new labour codes). The company also announced expansion plans including a 400-bed hospital in Varanasi and acquisition of a 79-bed oncology hospital in Indore.
Revenue growth of ~19.4% is strong but slightly below the 20% threshold. PAT growth of 15% is decent but below expectations. The EBITDA margin compression (estimated at ~62 bps YoY) is a minor concern, while the clean audit opinion and dividend declaration are positives for shareholders.
