Medanta (Global Health) reported Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 1,078.7 crore, up 22.3% YoY, but PAT fell 9.6% to Rs 137.3 crore with EPS at Rs 5.11. Consolidated revenue grew 26.5% to Rs 1,304 crore, PAT dipped 1.1% to Rs 157.3 crore. Board approved Rs 0.50 per share final dividend (record date Aug 14), appointed Mr Pradeep Kumar Singh as Chief Digital Officer, and revised Guwahati hospital plan from 400 to 650 beds at Rs 970 crore project cost funded by internal accruals and debt.
Strong top-line growth offset by lower PAT. Dividend and Guwahati expansion signal continued growth investment.
