The Board of Directors of Global Longlife Hospital and Research Ltd approved the audited financial results for the half-year and full year ended March 31, 2025, with statutory auditor M/s. R B Gohil & Co. issuing an unmodified (clean) opinion. Revenue from operations collapsed to just ₹57.73 lakhs in FY25 from ₹1,351.45 lakhs in FY24, a decline of about 96%. The company swung to a net profit of ₹19.87 lakhs (vs a loss of ₹218.81 lakhs last year), but this was entirely driven by other income of ₹501.61 lakhs, mainly gains from sale of fixed assets (₹2,117.23 lakhs) and mutual fund redemptions. Core hospital operations are nearly non-existent. The company has fully deleveraged, repaying all long-term (₹340.97 lakhs) and short-term borrowings (₹932.71 lakhs), and cash on hand jumped to ₹2,149.18 lakhs from ₹38.54 lakhs.
While the headline return to profit looks positive, it is entirely driven by one-time asset sales rather than operational performance — core hospital business has almost completely wound down. The substantial cash pile and zero debt may support future business plans or a relaunch, but shareholders should note that ongoing operations are minimal, making future revenue sustainability questionable.
