Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q3 FY26 ended December 2025: Standalone revenue fell to Rs 10.2 Cr from Rs 32.8 Cr YoY, profit just Rs 49 lakh. Consolidated 9-month revenue grew about 25 percent to Rs 187.8 Cr but losses continued at Rs 8.5 Cr. New statutory auditor Ummed Jain and Co took over this quarter. Board approved converting Rs 50 Cr loan to UAE subsidiary FZE into equity. Loss-making Bagru stone unit to shut from March 31, 2026.
Consolidated top line rising but bottom in red; Bagru closure and auditor change bring short-term uncertainty; loan conversion is internal.
