Unaudited revenue from operations was Rs 117.62 crore in the September 2025 quarter, down 5.4% year on year. Half-year revenue fell 6.7% to Rs 246.97 crore. Quarterly net loss widened to Rs 6.16 crore from Rs 4.15 crore, while the half-year loss rose to Rs 15.59 crore from Rs 10.28 crore. Operating cash flow stayed positive at Rs 7.55 crore. Equity was Rs 4.51 crore, versus borrowings of Rs 105.57 crore and liabilities of Rs 944.82 crore.
Lower revenue and wider losses, with only Rs 4.51 crore of shareholder funds, raise financial risk. Positive cash flow offers limited comfort.
