Board of Globalspace Technologies met on May 23, 2025 (via video conferencing) and approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and full year ended March 31, 2025. Statutory auditor (Bansilal Shah & Co.) issued an unqualified opinion on both sets of results. Standalone FY25 revenue rose marginally to Rs 2,932.48 lakhs (vs Rs 2,904.80 lakhs), while net loss narrowed to Rs (183.71) lakhs from Rs (353.11) lakhs, helped by lower exceptional items of Rs 275.65 lakhs. Consolidated revenue, however, jumped about 48% to Rs 4,304.58 lakhs with net loss of Rs (199.92) lakhs. The Board also re-appointed M/s. Maheshwari Maheshwari & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY26 and granted 75,000 stock options to eligible employees under the 2018 ESOP scheme.
Mixed picture for shareholders: consolidated revenue growth of nearly 48% is strong and losses are narrowing, but standalone operating margin compressed from 17% to 12% and standalone operating cash flow remained negative at Rs (202.50) lakhs, suggesting quality of earnings is still weak. The pending equity commitment of Rs 1,144.33 lakhs toward subsidiary Miljon Medi App (which has negative net assets) and a fresh ESOP grant are minor dilution/structural items to watch.
